28th June 2022, Clarivate released Journal Citation Report 2022 and PhotoniX received its first Journal Impact Factor of 19.818! It ranks No. 4 out of 101 journals in the Optics category. This is an exciting achievement for a new journal that has been online only for two years!
Launched in 2020 by Chinese Society for Optical Engineering, Tsinghua University, Westlake University and University of Shanghai for Science and Technology, and published by Springer Nature Group, PhotoniX has published over 56 high quality review and research articles, and are downloaded over 100,000 times till now. PhotoniX is an open access journal that readers can read or download all articles for free.
